Working With a Realtor Acknowledgement:

If you will be using the services of Ken McLaughlin as a licensed realtor please open and read the Working with a Realtor Brochure (1.58Mb). After you have read and understand this information please indicate in your Service Request Email that you have received and read this document.

Buyers Agreements:

If your request for service involves the use of Ken's services as a Buyer’s Agent to assist in the research, selection, negotiation, and/or purchase of commercial real estate - please download, print, complete, and fax (250-861-8462) a signed copy of the Buyers Agreement (388Kb).

Confidentiality Agreements:

If your request for service involves a requirement to view detailed financial and other property information contained in Ken's detailed Property Profiles please download, print, complete, and fax (250-861-8462) a signed copy of the Confidentiality Agreement (105Kb).
