Business Listings & Sales
- Listing and selling a business can be complicated. The Seller must provide the following information to facilitate the Multiple Listing Service and BCREA’s requirements;
An income statement for the period ending within 120 days of the Contract of Purchase and Sale; and - An annual balance sheet ending within 12 months of the date of the Contract of Purchase and Sale;
- A list of items to be included and excluded from the Sale; (Equipment Lists);
- Copies of Documents: Works in Progress – Estimates and Actual and Receivables
- Survey Plan; and
- A signed and dated statement from the Seller that he/she has provided the foregoing information.
A signed and dated affidavit from the Seller detailing that the financial information is not available; form to be filled out, notarized and be provided to a Buyer.
